Do you want to learn a new behaviour?
Well not quite the topic I said I was going to blog about but in my search for a way to cement my new blogging habit I came across 21Tweets. Using twitter to send reminders to members to practice daily tasks for 21 days.
I have signed up and started my first daily behaviour. The process is easy:
- Follow @21t with your twitter account.
- Click a link in the direct message that @21t will send to you.
- Announce your new habit / behaviour like this. d 21T my new habit is #blogging – Note the hash tag!!
- Every day send a reply to @21t to report that you have done your habit. @21T done my practice #blogging - Matching hash tag!!
- You will also receive a nudge tweet every morning to remind you to do your habit.
What could be easyier! Once you have done your habit you will recieve a conglatatory message and a link to check out your calender and review your progress.
